Manage your support

You don’t need a Go With Your Dog account. Enter the email address you used to contribute, and Stripe will email you a secure sign-in link.

You can view payments, update supported payment details, and cancel future monthly contributions.

Change your monthly amount

Cancel the existing contribution first, then return to the support page and start again at your preferred amount. Starting again takes a new payment immediately; it does not refund or prorate the earlier payment.

Need a hand?

If you’ve lost access to your email or need help with a payment, email Ron. Include the date and amount, but never send card details.

One-time contributions have no future payments to cancel. For refund requests, please get in touch.
